These terms describe the basic rules for using Procli Enterprise as a management system, evidence, audit-readiness, and certification workflow platform.

Last updated: July 2026

Use of the product

Procli Enterprise is provided to help teams manage management system work, evidence, audits, risks, nonconformities, approvals, and certification readiness.

The product supports governance and audit preparation, but it does not replace professional judgment, internal accountability, or formal certification decisions.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and approval of policies, evidence, risks, audit records, and management system content entered into the product.

You are also responsible for assigning roles correctly and ensuring that users, consultants, and auditors only access the data they are authorized to view.

Certification and audit outputs

Readiness scores, dashboards, reports, and clause mappings are decision-support outputs. They do not guarantee certification, audit success, compliance, or regulatory acceptance.

Certification decisions remain with the relevant certification body, auditor, regulator, or authorized decision maker.

Acceptable use

Do not use Procli Enterprise to misrepresent evidence, hide known nonconformities, bypass approvals, or give unauthorized access to management system records.
